Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, RI, SC, TX, WI, WY, and Washington, D.C.
My state isn't listed - when will you ship to my area?
We'd love to get everyone Half Past, but alcohol laws makes it tricky. Stay up-to-date with our shipping expansion on Instagram.
Do I have to be present to receive my order?
Yes! You must be present and sign for it with a valid idea showing you are 21+. Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers cannot leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your premium hard seltzer during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
When will my order arrive?
It is our goal to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Fulfillment time depends on what time of day the order is placed and what day the order is placed on.
As soon as we’ve assembled your order with a shipping label and sent it to a carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders are shipped from Connecticut, and generally take 1-7 days for delivery depending on where you’re at in the nation.
I am not happy with my order. Who should I reach out to?
At Half Past, our goal is to provide you with a great drink. If you are not satisfied with your online order, please contact hello@drinkhalfpast.com to explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We do our best to respond to all customer service issues within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
What is your return / refund policy?
For Half Past to be compliant with alcohol laws, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed retailer. This means the retailer decides whether to accept a return / issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product. We are happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you may have. We unfortunately are unable to accept returns for orders related to damage or delays caused by failed delivery attempts through no fault of the shipper.
